This policy explains how WithManyMinds collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information (name, email), usage data (feature interactions), and technical data (IP address, user agent). Content you create with the Service is private by default.

2. Optional Identity Verification

If you choose identity verification, Didit acts as our verification provider and collects the requested government-issued ID images, selfie or liveness capture, biometric data, information extracted from the document (which may include date of birth), and related technical information. Didit describes its processing in its Verification Privacy Notice.

WithManyMinds does not save copies of those captures, extracted document details, biometric data, or Didit's full verification report. We keep a limited record linking your account to the verification: Didit session, workflow, and event identifiers; verification status; and timestamps. The signed result is used only as identity-verification state today; it does not currently change your age band or content access.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve our Services, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve our models and features.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations to operate the Services, including Didit when you voluntarily start identity verification.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.

Didit retains identity-verification materials under its notice and our provider-account settings. Our current Didit setting does not specify an automatic deletion date. Contact us at the address below with an identity-data access or deletion request.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact support@withmanyminds.com for requests.
